This can only be achieved through a combined effort from management and operatives to ensure that health & safety is top priority. All works are carried out following a robust Risk Assessment and appropriate Method Statement (RAMS). A comprehensive H&S policy enforces this, aligned with regular Tool Box Talks (TBT), site inspections and equipment maintenance. Team members are regularly kept up to date with training and are actively encouraged to gain progression with H&S Training.
